Phytosterol esters is a pale-yellow to yellow oil with high viscosity, consisted of phytosterols derived from edible vegetable oils esterified with long-chain fatty acids.

Storage and Stability
The product may be stored for 24 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a cool temperature.

Phytosterol esters could be used as a nutrient in dietary supplements or fortified foods which need
